STATEWIDE AWARDS

The Oklahoma Federation of Indian Women honors nine individuals or groups every year who are nominated for an OFIW Statewide Award. OFIW Statewide awards are: Nancy Tsoodle Student Achievement Award, Boyce Timmons Student Achievement Award, Alice Timmons Founders Award, Georgeann Robinson Humanitarian Award, Mary Townsend Crow Service Award, Helen Chupco Leadership Award, Angela Kihega Outstanding OFIW Member, American Indian Mother of the Year, and American Indian Woman of the Year. OFIW is committed to celebrating and recognizing the accomplishments of our Indian women, leaders, and students.

Outstanding American Indian elected official who promotes and is committed to the advancement of American Indians across Oklahoma and the Nation

Tasha Mousseau

Angela Kihega Outstanding OFIW Member

Outstanding OFIW member who has gone above and beyond the call of duty to serve and benefit the OFIW 

Nicole Schultz

American Indian Mother of the Year

Outstanding American Indian mother who has been a positive role model and a pillar of strength to her family

Ashton RaChelle Jaramillo

American Indian Woman of the Year

Outstanding American Indian woman who has devoted exceptional time and effort to the American Indian Community
